Many companies operate more efficiently when the staffing process is centralized. To accommodate these companies in their staffing efforts, Masterson has developed a range of onsite facilitation programs to manage the tasks involved with high volume usage. These programs eliminate the need for multiple vendors and provide a single point of contact and basic services such as attendance, time-keeping, new start orientations and safety training. Our onsite specialists can implement one of the following programs based on your specific needs. All of our programs are supported with an extensive management team and corporate resources including employee resolution, safety training and IT support.

Silver Program: A designated staffing coordinator reports to your facility each day to facilitate the check-in and direct employees to the appropriate department. Staffing issues are addressed on a daily basis with ongoing monitoring of attendance and performance of all temporary employees assigned to your facility. The staffing coordinator leaves your facility after the check-in and is available throughout the day in the Masterson office.

Gold Program: In addition to the features of the Silver Program, this level of service includes a managed time-keeping system, onsite orientation tours, quarterly safety training and resolution of employee issues as they arise. The staffing coordinator leaves your facility after the check-in and is available throughout the day in the Masterson office.

Platinum Program: In addition to the features of the Gold Program, this level of service includes a full time staffing coordinator at your facility to act as a liaison between your supervisory staff and all Masterson employees. This person oversees the staffing of all departments and ensures proper placement of employees. On the job training and assistance are provided and any performance issues that may arise during the shift are addressed immediately. All equipment necessary for this employee is provided such as fax, computer and phone. This program removes the staffing burden from the client company with the entire process being facilitated by the Masterson staffing coordinator.
